Aubrey did an outstanding job of installing a home EV charger. There are certain qualities that I believe are of top importance when looking for a person or company to do a project: 1) Are they qualified to do the job? 2) Are they on time? 3) Do they explain the scope of the job and what needs to be completed? 4) Is the cost to do the job fair? 5) Is the job done properly and without significant complications? Aubrey met and exceeded all of these key questions. He is a Master Electrician who arrived at my home early each time he came out. He fully explained what needed to be done and sent me a proposal that was competitive in cost. The EV charger was installed safely and is working exactly as it should. Finally, Aubrey is a good man who works hard and does an excellent job. Frankly, we need more people in our community just like him! I give my highest recommendation and will certainly work with him again when we need electrical work done.

Aubrey Teele showed up within an hour of when I called and had my replacement outside AC disconnect installed I’m no time. I thought price might be a little high but I did not get a competitive price. With that kind of service sometimes it’s worth just using the first one to cal you back. Will call them again if I need another quick repair.

Mr John did a phenomenal job installing my EV charger the work was neat and professional. They were the only Electrical Company that actually got a permit from Shelby County to make sure that the job was done according to code. the inspector came and inspected everything was fine I have complete confidence in John's electric to do any of my electrical work in the future. I would recommend anyone looking for a company with integrity to use John's Electric. And oh by the way the price was very very reasonable to upgrade and replace my entire electrical panel to accommodate the EV charger.

Aubrey doesn't cut corners and doesn't charge big TV ad prices! If you want it done right at a decent price, John's electric is who you need to call. I needed extensive work done and I got many quotes but he was the only one who took the time to explain what was actually needed and what the others were upselling me on. A+++

Aubrey was excellent, very knowledgeable and conscious. He came out even in the bad cold weather and turn up my partial power home back up. Now is running full power again.

Master in the trade who provides outstanding service! Recent move in and overhaul of electrical issues taken care of by John’s Electric. Aubrey was quick to respond on a Thursday afternoon and came out to evaluate the next day. Did 4 days of work. Aubrey and his team showed up on time. They were all very polite and professional. They were easy to talk to and answered any questions throughout the process. At the end of each day, Aubrey would give me an update on what had been accomplished and what to expect the next day and what time they would be there. Aubrey was able to obtain the work permit and the pre and post inspections with the city inspector in a speedily time. Aubrey and his team went above and beyond by helping me install my ceiling fans and light fixtures in addition to the original work order. Regarding pricing, Aubrey provided a thorough and detailed estimate which made it easier in comparing with other companies. For the amount of work provided, the pricing was fair, but most of all, the level of confidence we had in Aubrey and his team was a big part of our decision to go with John’s Electric. If you want honesty, professionalism, and mastery in the trade you will not regret using John’s Electric. It’s a good feeling to know when a job has been done right!

I had a Level 4 device outage caused by water mitigation equipment, and Aubrey with John’s Electric quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. He was knowledgeable, efficient, explained everything clearly, and got everything back up and running smoothly. Highly recommend for any complex electrical issue.

Jeremy the electrician did an excellent job. We had quite a few things done. 2 light fixtures replaced, an electrical outlet put in from our attic to our living room, a bathroom leak fixed, ceiling fan put up. Jeremy exceeded our expectations, and was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you John’s Electric!!

We had John's Electric come to our house and install bath exhaust fans, a new ceiling lamp, & repair an outside light socket. The workmen were prompt & courteous. We are very satisfied with them, and will use John's next time we need electric work done. But be prepared, they are expensive.
